Being able to offer presents to other players #332

Using the present sprite of the game, acting like the box containing starting parsnip (disappears on opening, giving the item to the player opening it). I don't know how to manage the creation of the present itself however !

We do not know what changes 1.4 will bring to player interaction beyond what the screenshot shared lets us know so far, I'm putting this on hold until we know more.
