A small idea start from this mod [https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/5700] Remember the year, season, and date the player has wedding. Display the icon on the calendar. removal in case of divorce. Added some tokens for easy add dialogue, letters, etc. (I don't know how hard this will be because I only made content packs.)
