Framework for playing custom audio files during dialogue #704

It's not something I see myself using currently, but I think this mod could open up a lot of options for future mods, like voice-acted SDV. A framework that will play an audio file when an NPC speaks, probably playing the audio file whose name corresponds with the dialogue key. I'm not a SMAPI modder, so I don't know how difficult this is or even if it's feasible, but I think it would be an interesting mod to make.
