No Weapon Cooldowns, but they Cost Health or Stamina #757

Have sword block consume stamina. but fail at 5 or so stamina.

Have hammer smash consume health or stamina, but fails under 10 or so of the attribute.

Have dagger stab consume health or stamina, but fail at 5 or so of the attribute.

Could be good for making the 2 rings that leech stamina and health be viable. Also allows for mods that add extra monsters to floors, and perhaps keeps players from skipping all the monster only floors.

I'm working on an Alchemy mod. It's still far off, but this is the exact idea for one of the planned potions.
