Grub & Fly Replacements #781

Essentially, this idea is just a Content Patcher mod that replaces the sprites of both grubs and flies with something more cute and friendly to those with entomophobia (fear of insects); similar to that mod that replaces spiders with bears.

Ideas of what could replace these: lizards, hedgehogs, flying squirrels, or birds come to mind.

I may consider doing this one. Let me think about something that may work instead of the "cute" animals, but something less creepy yet still killable.
