The farmer gets older, hair/beard will change color with time until it stays completely white.
Hair and beard will grow too, you have to cut with shears, can choose how much hair or beard to cut off.
Farmer will go bald, hair starts falling with age or randomly, can use a "rejuvenation kit" to make it grow again.
Maybe spouses could have dialogue related to it?
There is already a hair growth mod, but it's broken and not open source.
