Make hat mouse real, can live in the farm but still sells hats.

Maybe hat mouse makes a special hat just for the farmer? new hats.

Dialogue if player has a cat? hat mouse loves cheese?

Hat mouse wear different hats daily? poke.

It's maybe not exactly what you were asking for, but I did make Hat Mouse Lacey (also on Nexus), a mod which makes the hat mouse real and lets her move in with you on the farm (when you marry her).
