3 months ago If the user chooses to copy tables as CSV, they may also want more options, such as:
- delimiter, e.g.
, - encapsulator, e.g.
" - line terminator, e.g.
\r\n - whether to quote all fields, quote fields minimally, or use some other quoting rule
- whether to trim fields
However, options beyond just whether tables should be converted to markdown or CSV will not be added to the options page in this issue.

Users may want to be able to copy tables in the CSV format. A new setting in the options page could be created for which table format to use.
