Sanctum Vault Guardians have been equiped with armor enchanted with fire protection to prevent them from burning in the lava in the corner of the room, but nothing prevents them from firing fireworks near/on each others. Giving them blast protection might help, but will nullify damage from other Incendium weapons using fireworks for damage. Another solution would be to have only one vault guardian, but even then, using a shield close to him would cause the blast to damage him too, unless it switches to a sword or axe when at close range.
