1.18.2 fix mobs_no_player.json containing 1.19 mobs #42

mobs_no_player.json contained minecraft:frog and minecraft:warden, entities added in 1.19 This caused the tag to fail to load breaking multiple entities behaviors such as infernal dunes sentries acting like default blazes, dropping the default blaze loot and not emitting particles

Also the placefeature command was used in 1.19 syntax (place feature with a space) causing issues with the function item/restless_nature/place.mcfunction

Thank you! Is fixed for 5.0.8. Closing the PR due to me still working out the Incendy version control integrations.
