Siberian taiga water freezing #69

Siberian taigas are paired with snowy and frozen biomes, including frozen rivers, but is the only biome where water doesn't freeze

Could possibly do like gravel desert and cold shrubland and have patches of snow/ice throughout, as an inbetween
