heals (regen/drain) can make bots "ghost" / not respawn? (tested with campaign co-op)

SetPlayerClass when getplayerlivesleft is the last one won't trigger (zandro bug)

with vcm, during playerclass respawn it retriggers ENTER script this can double regenplayer, on summon ,etc
