Planning: more than just a compiler #28

Since a lot of code will be run at compile-time, it doesn't really make sense for stardust compilers to be commandline-based like compilers for other languages. I'm thinking that god will need to be a fully-featured compiler+debugger with graphical user interface (and maybe basic commandline interaction for non-graphical environments). Needless to say, it'll be just as big an undertaking as making stardust itself.

Perhaps name it elohim instead of just god? Also, this is really something for the far far future after the language is a bit more stable.
