Remove the Inject Fuel option from the Engineer menu as it's done automatically. The idea behind Inject Fuel was to emphasize that Endurium is alive (the ancients), and you sort of throw them into the reactor. But we may want to throw out the idea and just consume fuel from the fuel tank. The process is clunky.

This is indeed clunky and has never been addressed. I think the fuel gauge should reflect total Endurium on board and the "inject" feature should be removed.
