This PR actually does very little server-side, while adding a lot for the players. Kind of weird, but really cool regardless! This adds twenty new striped scarves to the game, accessible via the Loadout menu, adjusts a couple of posters to better fit our lore, a black cowboy hat, and finally this adds the Syndicate Duster jacket in a moody red and black!
Why It's Good For The Game
This adds a lot of fashion options as well as removing some lore-breaking material. Wins all-around!
