Heracles Hero doesn't spawn #54

The Heracles Hero no longer spawns. Maybe it's stuck in its own time dilation. :) I see no errors and log entries about the Heracles.

This was an inconsistency in the supply requirements between the Heracles entity and the Hero buff setup. The issue has been resolved and the ship will now spawn when called.
