Tartarus Drone ability #94

The drones on the Tartarus seem to top out at level 3, but allow you to upgrade higher? Any benefit? Maybe it should be a 4 lvl upgrade or it should disable.

The ability, Human_AbilityTitan_HumanDrones.entity, has "maxNumLevels 3". So not sure why it allows further upgrades - maybe something with Titan abilities?
