Resize Ori Deliverance #97

Due to the scaling between SGR and SGI, the Ori_CruiserMothership_Deliverance.mesh used in RandomEventOriFleet.entity is too large, relatively speaking, for SGI. It would be great to reduced its size.

In addition, since SGR scales large in SGI, the OriFighter.mesh might be the perfect size for a Corvette class (allowing the glow particle). It would be great to add this ship as supporting ships for the Deliverance on the Ori Fleet event.

I could see requiring 1 Deliverance and 3 "Fighters" (corvettes), then allowing for 1 more Deliverance and additional fighters in the Random.

I'll take this task as it's something I think I can do now and would like to gain more experience.
