Unused Entities #98

I've removed most of the unused entities, but we still have some that fall under the "do we plan to use it" question. Here are the remaining unlinked entity files that need to be reviewed for use in the mod. If you know where we want to use it, please state the intended use so it can be integrated. If we don't plan to use it, state that as well so it can be removed. If we plan to use it, but it's not ready to be included, let's just make note of maybe in a separate issue todo.

Currently all the HQ assets are using the same model, but we've yet to include the Asuran. I'd leave Asuran_Orbital HeadQuarters in there as that's on the todo. Seems we should include Asuran_Orbital_Mine. Goauld_AbilityCapital_Reinforcements / Goauld_AbilityTitan_Reinforcements was intended to call in additional Ha'tak ships, but we couldn't get it to work the way we wanted. For now, I think we should just enable the normal "dup" ability, call it Clone Reinforcements and put it on Ba'al's hero ship. I think we can remove all the Asgard Beam entities - see also #56. I'll also note that I think the Goauld_AbilityCapital_LagrangiaBeam is actually a Mega Beam that hasn't been rename yet. So if we want to use it, we should rename it.

I thinking maybe we should just remove any unused entities, mesh, particles, sounds, textures, even if we plan to use them later on. I've been putting them in the GoogleDrive under Assets/Unused. So, when we're ready to add them, it's right there. That would keep the distro clean until we're ready to include anything new.
