Add carousel with list of talks #7

Adds the following:

Carousel with talks (implemented by Facebook generic template).
List of mockup talks (soon to be removed).
"More talk info" and "Like the talk" buttons.

The enhancements:

Makes the code of webhook() function more readable.
Removes hooks.py (the creation of it was premature optimization).

The JSON file does not contain all the info about a talk, just enough to display to the user. Supposedly this much info will be retrieved from a database.
