Move the app to Digital Ocean. #9

Main requirements:

  1. Leave compatibility with Heroku for test deployments.
  2. Add nginx and Fabric configs.
  3. Install PostgreSQL.

Optionally,

  1. Set Jenkins up.

The acceptable result will be deployment of any master branch snapshot.

We should also create a Facebook page in which we all would be admins (for testing purposes).

The Jenkins setup isn't required anymore since we've got Travis (see #28).
