Sticky collector #2

A sticky collector would be a nice addition to Comet.

Some thoughts:

In a minor collection reset only line bitmap for all allocated blocks
In a major collection reset line bitmap & mark bitmap for all allocated blocks
When sweeping blocks mark line bitmap in both minor and major GCs
