Added a safety button to flight arena #115

This PR adds a README and kubernetes deployment for the new safety button in the lab. Read the README.md for operation instructions.

Addresses and closes #100

Hmmm it doesn't have to, but right now there isn't a good other place to put it. Perhaps it is worth starting a flight-arena specific repo with stuff like that.

I can always move it later :)
