Currently GCS ports for px4-sitl, ap-sitl and mavros is 14553. Preference is for these ports to be migrated to 14550 as this is expected port for many GCSs (QGC, Mission planner etc).
To avoid clash for px4-sitl, px4 is to be moved to 14540 (I believe)
