Issue with most recent version of ros1_bridge, reverted to 0.9.4 #92

This PR reverts the version of ros1_bridge to https://github.com/ros2/ros1_bridge/commit/82d1f4588761d6e54eeaca821398137be0e475f1

due to an issue with sizeof caused by this commit: https://github.com/ros2/ros1_bridge/commit/81b7610568286ec7b390c64cf6207b362d0a6550
