Relocate AST to a git submodule in libext/ast #55

This moves libraries/ast to libext/ast

Please take a look and pull when you are happy. I can tweak commits on the branch but it would be nice if no one tries to edit AST until this is merged in.

It all looks OK. I've merged it, and rebuilt starlink from a new clone and everything seems to work.
