Miscellaneous bug-fixes #117

Changes:

Player Manager: Remove species whitelist (unneeded according to #112)
General Commands: Allow users to change nickname case
Discord/IRC Bot: Fix KeyErrors resulting from case-sensitive strings
IRC Bot: Allow configuration of rank used for normal users and for operators
Utilities: Catch potential AttributeError in Cupboard.sync
