MySQL doesn't create the tables with newer MySQL installation on ma_client upload #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install MAP, set up admins with ma_client
2.Use ma_client upload to transfer the clients to the MySQL Server
3.Check the server tables

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tables should be created together with the desired admin info. Instead, 
nothing happens :- )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2Vc with MySQL 5.5 on Linux / Win

Please provide any additional information below.
Has been around quiet some time
