Cs:Go Unable to buy any other weapons / equip that isn't present in Cs:S as well #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install M-A-P
2.Join the server and try to buy a weapon CS:S hasn't (e.g. Molotov, F5, 7, 9 
keys)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The weapon should be bought, instead, the input gets ignored.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.22.13a

Please provide any additional information below.
CS:GO, confirmed for Linux & Windows

Basicly, the problem is, you can't buy a weapon Cs:Go has exclusiv, like the 
Molotov Cocktail for example.

And you can't buy armor.

By enabling warmode (ma_war), this problem seems to be "gone". Only a 
workaround, but may be useful in the meantime.
