[Bug] Industrial Battery crashes on break #1

Reproduce:

  1. place industrial battery bank.
  2. break the battery bank
  3. crash

Possible cause: TileEntityTowerBase.isBase() throws NullPointer because block is already broken and the game tries to render tesr.
