• Elevator pitch coming along well. It has the right elements - work on delivery this week.
• 5 companies applied to, Sara will apply to 10 companies next week
• Sara is scheduling with Jordan now.
• Leetcode going a bit slow, flashcards coming along well. IBM Coursera class is wrapped up, so Sara will have more time for these tasks.
• Mock interviewing will start next week on Tuesday with an information interview. Technical interview elements will be part of every Friday meeting going forward.
• Next week goals:
  • Apply to 10 companies
  • Of those ten, reach out to target employees at 3 via linkedin. Focus in the hiring manager (if you can id) or potential peers in the same/similar role to the one you are targeting.
• Sara will create Github issues for everything you are doing this week.

@Starsa did I miss anything?

The pm work may feel like a lot, but it really helps me keep up with where you are and know how to help you. I suggest finding an hour after our Friday meetings to update the board and capture your weekly goals. The more notes and context I see from you on the board, the more focused and effective I can be in between meetings, and the faster we can get you where you want to be.

I'd like to spend 5 minutes on Tuesday going over pm work best practices before we get into our interview. Personally, I found scheduling time to update the board pretty effective, but I'd like some feedback on how we are managing the mentorship and how it can best work for you.
