Options link in README.md is broken #15

I don't know how the @ref syntax works, or I'd submit a PR.

Yeah... the problem is that the GitHub and Doxygen versions of markdown aren't quite compatible. The @ref is in there so that the link from this page works fine. Breaking the in-GitHub link seemed like the lesser of two evils.
