Partly fixes https://github.com/Start9Labs/embassy-os/issues/860, along with https://github.com/Start9Labs/embassy-os/issues/937

Don't think it's worth it to change to 1024. Let's just keep the default for now. See: https://github.com/Start9Labs/embassy-os/issues/860#issuecomment-993560543 for justification
