[bug] Backups Failing #27

Reported by a few users. Currently the fix seems to be an uninstall and re-install.

I have not been able to reproduce this with LiT 0.12.2 using StartOS 0.3.5.1. Do you have LiT and StartOS versions for users that have encountered this error? Backup target format would be helpful as well.

My understanding is StartOS 0.3.5.1 does not set permissions on backups, so it would seem the user is on an older version of StartOS? Otherwise there might be an issue with the format of the backup target.

This is non-deterministic, iirc the last 2 users to report were on latest of both. Both fixed with a re-install, so low priority. Just posting here for visibility/tracking.
