[feat]: Expanded LiT service logs to surface more from underlying LiT #34

Prerequisites

Describe the Feature Request

To surface more of LiTs various logs in those logs displayed is the StartOS UI.

Describe the Use Case

A user had swaps go missing, and in seeking help from LiT he had to search around for swap logs after first setting up SSH and learning how to use scp. If these logs appeared within the service logs, he'd have been able to access them immediately.
