[bug]: LiT crashes everytime I restart LND

Current Behavior

A Lightning Terminal crash error displays in notifications almost every time LND is restarted or updated.

Expected Behavior

Updating or restarting LND should not cause LiT to throw an error, or the error should be handled gracefully until LND restarts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Restart LND.
