[feat]: Embassy OS support for mirroring hard drives - RAID options

Describe the Feature Request

Embassy OS to support configuring multiple connected hard drives in a RAID configuration to improve disk reliability,

Describe the Use Case

Drives don't fail as often as they used to, but adding a RAID configuration could increase the fault tolerance available.

Describe Preferred Solution

Not sure best way to implement this.

Describe Alternatives

attaching external raid device that presents as single drive to Embassy.

Anything else?

This is not a high priority for me, but may be for others...

This is part of a bigger ticket (that doesn't exist, so we can use this instead). We need to add support for external NAS, hardware RAIDs, etc. Also a separate ticket would be for "internal" mirroring/RAID, but there will be serious considerations in regard to this, especially for FDE.
