[feat] Shorten the Length of Backup Dir Names

This causes some problems with integrations, for example, Synology devices enforce a character limit of 143 characters. I thought there was a ticket for this already, but could not find it. Apologies if duplicate or invalid

I have observed a problem with the backup of Jellyfin for similar reasons. i.e. backing up metadata from collaboration albums with a large number of artists.

I have also run into issues with the length of the Backup Directory on a Windows Machine, and would like to see it shortened
