This fixes a bug where a nextcloud install / reinstall can be broken by the existence of any directories

This corresponds to a change to the path in nextcloud?

No, this is an existing bug - if you have Pages installed it creates these dirs that prevent NC from installing. This is also prevented by NC in upcoming v27 update

On your end, you'll have to migrate anything thats saved in Pages current path (/ now). I'll just have to time a release and pin it to this version of Nextcloud.

Note to self: need to write a migration in Pages to account for this PR (ie. moving from /data/embassy/files -> /)
