[bug] Crash report `broken pipe` #13

The service syncthing has crashed with the following exit code: 1 Details: mkdir: can't create directory '/mnt/filebrowser/syncthing': File exists write /dev/stdout: broken pipe

Only witnessed once, no symptoms beyond the crash notification
