This is a poor Issue, but I'll update it more tomorrow.

The Start Plugin script doesn't currently work on Mac
Past-Clipboard won't work on Mac, but a Copy-Clipboard could work using Set-Clipboard

This is over and above #32 which is specifically about the module.
