Element form-switch problem on focus #41

Hi! My name is Augusto and I'm from Brazil. I really like the Startbootstrap package, but I'm having a problem with the fomr-switch.

The start bootstrap switch appears to be behaving inappropriately when in focus and it is unchecked, unlike the native bootstrap.

I am looking into this. It seems that there is something going on where the focus state of the switch is inheriting the white SVG image bubble instead of reverting back to the colored one when the form state is is toggled off, but still focused. This could be an issue having to do with how we import the form styling within the SCSS.

I'll be doing some testing on our end to see if we can remedy this problem with the next update. Thanks for brining this to our attention!
