Menu Nav - Position Fixed on mobile #13

I think the menu nav should be fixed on mobile. I changed a little the css to position absolute only in Desktop views, because it uses already the bootstrap class navbar-fixed-top.

This is more a design choice rather than a function that I want to add into the base theme.
