Add functionality to have backgrounds react with music

Will require at least the following

Backend Considerations:

Updates to Effects and Symbols class to support multiple elements affected by music
Syncing the Music Stream and Visual effects together.
Build a mechanism that works with different streaming APIs. (Maybe start with uploading files?)

Music Sources:

Spotify API ?
Soundcloud API?
Upload your own file?

User Functions

Let's allow for customization.

Default Presets (Number TBD)
Responsive Design for mobile
