update DRE for KSP 1.3 #38

Request rejected. There are no official releases for KSP 1.3.0 and the latest official release is for KSP 1.2.2

The changes you propose will only result in KSP 1.3.0 users downloading a version which will crash KSP 1.3.0

There is an unofficial release and you may try it but read the notes in the download link carefully! It is unsupported in every way possible: https://github.com/Starwaster/DeadlyReentry/releases/tag/v7.6.0-KSP-1.3.0-beta (NOT MEANT TO SHOW UP ON CKAN!)

Makes total sense with the refusal of the request. However, it shows up on CKAN. Do you know how to stop that?

Sounds like you have filter all instead of filter by compatible. I just went and checked using the CKAN client in both KSP 1.2.2 and KSP 1.3.0 and nowhere do I see Deadly Reentry showing up for any version that it shouldn't show up for when I filter by compatible. I also don't see it reporting incorrect compatibilities for any version it is not compatible for.

It shows up for filter for upgradeable + filter for compatible. no idea why it doesn't detect as pre-release. Maybe because I accept all versions 1.2.x and 1.1.x ? - But maybe, there is something weird here that only affects me. If that's the case we shouldn't worry, and I just continue not to download it.
