Add support for InstallDir param #7

Support for that would be nice as it's more or less a standard for popular Chocolatey packages and installing to a predefined directory can be troublesome (e.g. I have all the programming langs/IDEs on another disk due to lack of space).

I'm unlikely to do this any time soon as I don't have any personal use for it, but will leave this open in case this changes, or I have an abundance of free time to look into this.

For those who really need this feature urgently, I suggest the following:

  1. Use Symbolic Linking.
  2. Pay for Chocolatey Pro / Business.
  3. Fork the repository, open a PR, and submit a patch with the feature.
