Annotation files for two datasets: NPC and thymic #5

Hello,

I am interested in the analysis of the clustering analysis. 15 Organ dataset was used in this notebook (https://github.com/StatBiomed/CamoTSS/blob/main/notebook/Fig2E.ipynb) and I noticed that its cluster annotation file was provided in your GitHub (https://github.com/StatBiomed/CamoTSS/blob/main/notebook/cell_type_annotation/15organ_cell_annotation.txt).

If I am also interested in clustering analysis for NPC and thymic datasets, how should I get similar annotation files?

Hi,

All of the annotation file were located here. The thymus datasets was the development dataset. https://github.com/StatBiomed/CamoTSS/tree/main/notebook/cell_type_annotation
