Anchor name

Instead of using the section title, we should just let users choose the anchor name.

The current prefix system (prefixing with section- would have prevented accidental collisions with template ids that are invisible to the admin from the admin panel but would not have prevented admin from assigning the same name twice to two different sections.

So we'll just give the admin the discretion of choosing a section name for his inter-page links.

But for now, we'll just simply use the section title without the prefix.
