Teamview redesign #291

Hey Ruby I just had a look. Looks great over all but we have a few things we'd like you to add/adjust.

  1. In Settings > Vuetify settings > turn on dark mode. We will be using the dark mode for candev so make sure everything comes out clean on dark mode.
  2. Switch team members and Challenge. Challenge has way more content so it'll benefit from the bigger space.
  3. Make the "you are the team captain" message more visible. either with color or bold, anything you think is good.
  4. Add a team captain icon or message next to the team member that is the captain so that other team members know who is their captain.
