The extractor does not currently replace the paths properly because of a bug. When this pr is merged: https://github.com/lukaskabrt/PoExtractor/pull/54 update the version of the extractor here: https://github.com/StatCan/StatCan.OrchardCore/blob/master/.github/workflows/translation.yml#L19
